Error when running installers for first time on win2003

      Running the jre or sdk installers for the first time on win 2003 32-bit and 64-bit may have problems.

      On a freshly installed win2003 machine, run the jre or sdk installers and you will see a message "Error applying transformations.". The workaround is to just run the installer again and it will work fine.
