When running the win32 sdk installer with all features selected, users with free disk space from 267MB-371MB on their machine will run into a non-descriptive error. This bug was introduced with the large amount of changes for these 2 bugs:
4792909: Mantis setup always installs to directory with name
4825187: REGRESSION:JDK/JRE uninstall remove manually added files from lib/ext
We changed the names of the components from 142000st to st142000, and the changes were reflected everywhere except for the ReserveCost.idt table for the sdk.
