This seems javahelp can not handle euc-tw correctly.
So, I send this to javahelp team.

      To re-produce this bug:

      0. Login to zh_TW EUC locale on Solaris 10 B31.
      1. Get the helpset.tar.gz attached this bug report.
      2. Unpack it.
      3. Move the helpset dir.
      4. Execute zh_TWjavahelp.sh
      zh_TWjavahelp.sh contains these commands:
      rm -rf zh_TW/JavaHelpSearch
      /usr/j2se/jre/bin/jhindexer -locale zh_TW -db zh_TW/JavaHelpSearch zh_TW
      /usr/j2se/opt/javahelp/demos/bin/hsviewer SMC_zh_TW.hs zh_TW
      5. In hsviewer, you can find some garbage strings in the help.

Step 4 is not necessary to reproduce this problem. The Search database is not part of the display problem. Just execute the hsviewer to display the bug.
