A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
Height of table header when using windows native LAF on an XP system configured to use the new blue XP theme is not as tall as headers drawn by native components. Additionally, the column header text overlaps the shadowed lower edge of the header component
REGRESSION. Last worked in version mantis-beta

It's using standard JTableHeader for rendering headers.
I can send screen shots if requested.
REPRODUCIBILITY :
This bug can be reproduced always.
