Following was encountered by Sun ONE Instant Messaging Beta customer. Related bug: 4846540

        step to reproduce :

        1. create Windows user with double byte name (e.g. "???[?U?[" [meaning is "user"])
        2. access portal server which is runnning with IM server.
        3. Start IM server with Java Web Start twice and then create Java Web Start icon on desktop.
        4. double click this icon
        5. Java Web Start is terminated on thats way.
(Java Web Start tries to load a file which name is "@C:\Documents and Settings\???????V???J???V\.javaws\cache\indirect\indirect19392.ind", but can't Java Web Start load this file.)

If user has double byte name, user's setting directory has double byte name.
It seems that Java Wb Start can't access that directory which has double byte name.

I think this is i18n bug.

        J2SE 1.4.1_01 and Java Web Start 1.2

        Sorry, I mistake Java version....
Correct version is "J2SE 1.4.1_02(japanese version).
