Bug 4816262 is failed for 1.4.1_03 b01
Two Java Web Start shortcuts created when you DownGrade j2re1.4.2 (Merlin) to j2re1.4.1_03.
Also, after uninstallation both jre's, one of the shortcuts stays on the Desktop, but registry key is removed for both jre's.
It was fixed for 1.4.1_02, but failed again with 1.4.1_03 b01.

Steps to reproduce (clean machine):
- install j2re1.4.2 (rc b20) - Jaws shortcut created on Desktop
- install j2re1.4.1_03-b01 - one more Jaws shortcut created on Desktop
- unistall both jre's
