Remove developers guide and downloadservlet guide from developers bundle

        The developers guide and downloadservlet guide for 1.4.2 are not in the source tree, yet they are included in the developers bundle. Either they need to be updated and the makefile needs to be updated to include the new files that make up these guides in the developers bundle, or they need to be removed from that bundle.
