Problem description:
This is a regression from build06. The test start 10 threads which tries to send and receive a valuetype (tree with 2000 nodes). The client gets a UNKNOWN with minor code 202 after sometime. Running the server with transport debug flags on shows OutOfMemoryError. Not attaching the server debug log since its over 300meg.
