A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
Selecting a Timezone ID of America/Rankin_Inlet produces a long and short display
name for Eastern Daylight Savings and EDT respectively. It should have Central Daylight Savings and CDT for this ID.
REPRODUCIBILITY :
This bug can be reproduced always.
