REGRESSION: Control Panel freezes when cache is cleared in JRE 1.4.1_03b1

      o Install JRE 1.4.1_03b1
      o Start the Control Panel from the command line
      o Select the "Cache" tab
      o Select the "Clear" cache option

      The control panel freezes. This occurs on both Sparc 8, Sparc 9 and intel 8.

      This behaviour does NOT occur with the fcs version or 1.4.1_02b6.
