1.3.1_08 Hotspot build failed on all platforms (except Win) on 1/29/2003

Date of nightly build failure : 1/29/2003

Hotspot builds on 1.3.1_08 Sparc, x86 and Linux have failed
Only Win32 build passed. I have attached an excerpt from the build log.
