In 1.4.2-b22, a system tray icon will show when running Java applets in a
browser session. When the user mouses over the icon a tooltip will appear
with a link to http://java.sun.com/getjava. This should be updated to point
to the new consumer website, http://www.java.com, which will be available
in June 2003. This should also be changed in the about box as well.
