In 1.4.2-b22, a system tray icon will show when running Java applets in a
browser session. When the user mouses over the icon a tooltip will appear
with text and a hotlink to the Java consumer website. We are changing the
link to point to the new consumer site. The text should also be changed to
more accurately reflect the content of the new link. This should also be
changed in the about box as well.
