deleting SendMemoryIPCLock causes AT to crash

      Deleting the SendMemoryIPCLock in the AccessBridgeJavaVMInstance detructor
      causes the WindowAccessBridgeDLL to crash when a send AT attempts to use the
      lock. The fix is to not delete the lock in the destructor.
