internal and external users to build j2se.

ALT_HOTSPOT_SERVER_PATH is misspelled as ALT_HOTSPOT_SEVER_PATH.

The current Bootstrap JDK is 1.4.1, not 1.4.0.

MSDevDir is mis-capitalized as MSDEVDir.

Various URLs in the docs point to no-longer-existent locations.

There is no longer any such thing as the "Cygnus Home Page".
We should refer to the "Cygwin Home Page".

The version of GNU make included with Cygwin is 3.79.1, not 3.19.1

The default value for BOOTDIR on windows does not match the implementation.

java/sun/com should be java.sun.com
