JFileChooser/Metal: Mouse selection doesn't match highlighting

      The 4835633 fix for file selection was applied to both the Windows and Metal L&Fs. However, because Metal highlights the entire list cell and Windows only highlights the filename, this behavior doesn't really match the Metal look. In short, 4835633 should only apply to Windows L&F.
