The J2SDK SDK 1.4.1 install instructions describe how to do a silent uninstall
      on Windows, as shown below.

        5. Uninstalling the Java 2 SDK

Silent uninstall - You can silently uninstall the Java 2 SDK by
creating a setup.iss file for uninstall. This file can be created
and run with the same arguments used for creating an install
           setup.iss. See Silent Installation:

          http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.4.1/docs/guide/plugin/developer_guide/silent.html

in the Java Plug-in Developer's Guide for more information..

Use either the setup.exe that you used for installation, or use the
           one stored at:

           PROGRAM FILES/Installshield Installation Information/
           CD0159C9-17FB-11D6-A76A-00B0D079AF64/setup.exe

(The path shown here should be on one line but runs to a second line
because of its length.) The precise name of the CD01... directory
will vary from release to release.

      1) Do we have a list somewhere inside Sun mapping the long numbers
to the SDK/JRE versions? Is it okay to for us to publish this list?
Doing so would allay some of the confusion surrounding its use.

       2) What is the long number for 1.4.1_02? (Must I install it to find out?)

       3) Does this long number have a name? (An "HKEY"? What does "H" stand for?)

       4) Is C:\Program Files\Installshield Installation Information
automatically installed when 1.4.1_02 is installed?
A tester inside Sun claims to have installed 1.4.1_02
and that directory did not appear.

       5) It appears the "PROGRAM FILES" line shown below is a Windows file path.
It should therefore use backslashes (\), right?
And the long number should have braces around it, like {CD015...} ?
