JFileChooser in XP LAF does not show file modified time correct. It is exactly one hr behind the actual time shown by OS.

Steps to reproduce:

1)Run SwingSet2 demo.
2) Open File Chooser demo.
3) Click the view detail.
4) Now see the modified time for say some file X.(Say 04/17/2003 8:31 AM)
5) Now open windows explorer.
6) Go to the same file X directory.
7) Note the modified time for file X.
8) It will be 04/17/2003 9:31 AM, exactly one hr ahead of the time shown by JFileChooser.

I was able to reproduce this on 1.4.1 b21.
This problem is occuring only on one perticular machine. It is happening for all the LAF. I was not able to reproduce it on other XP machines.
