<Delete Files> function duplication in JaWS Java Control Panel

Steps to reproduce:

- after installation, bring JaWS AppMan
- click on File/<Java Control Panel>/General
- you can see there <Delete Files> button
- click on Settings, you can see <Delete Files> again with the same functionality
