On windows platform:
1. install jre 1.4.1
2. remove jre 1.4.1 manually (set get rid of all the files, leave the registry untouched)
3. install mantis-beta
4. before installation completes, you will get error dialog saying "Bad installation. No JRE found in configuration file".
5. and each time you run java web start, you will get the same error and it won't start.
