PIT1: Different JaWS cache structure for Mantis and Tiger

      Because of differences in cache structure between Mantis and Tiger, JaWS can not inherit previosly downloaded and cached applications.

      Steps to reproduce:
      - install j2re1.4.2
      - run any Demo application (Notepad)
      - install j2re1.5.0
      - open JaWS AppMan , View/<Downloaded Application>, nothing there.
