When I install this build on NT4 SP6 the install and control panel are completely in english. The only
thing that comes up transated is the small "Preparing the installation" dialog that appears between the files
extracting and the install starting.

I installed 1.4 b92 and 1.4.1_02 on the same system and they were OK. I am only having the problem with 1.4.2

This may also be an issue for other european languages.
