Sanity check doesn't stop the build for wrong version of gnumake

        Key labs SCSL solaris i586 test build failed with the following error.

        Keylabs was using gnumake version 3.77 but the j2se build requires 3.7[89].1. We have documented this but rather then throwing sanity check warning may be we should redirect into sanity check error and stop the build in the beginning itself.
