Steps to reproduce:
1. Install the JDK bundle build 24, j2sdk-1_4_2-rc-bin=b24-windows-i586-21_may_2003.exe
2. Choose "Custom Installation" and choose not to install the JRE.
3. Complete the installation.
4. Uninstall the JDK bundle by going to the control panel->Add/Remove Programs.
5. Open the window explorer, and the JDK1.4.2 folder has left behind.
Note: There was a similar bug before but it takes different way to reproduce it.
