Drag and drop from Staroffice to Java application cuts the text selected for the drag & drop operation on solaris with the XDnD PIT build.
Default drag and drop from Staroffice to other native applications (like Text Editor) will not cut the text selected for the drag & drop operation.
PIT build is located at:
/net/sqindia/export/disk02/awt/PITBUILDS/TIGER-PIT-MAY-29
Steps to reproduce:
Issue 1:
1. Set the classpath to
/net/sqindia/export/disk02/dnd/Tonga_DND_Exe_WS/src/DnDSLMerlin/DnDSLInteractive/classes
2. Compile
/net/sqindia/export/disk02/dnd/Tonga_DND_Exe_WS/src/DnDSLMerlin/DnDSLInteractive/SRC/testcases/DnDSLInteractive_DnDTextFieldTest/DnDSLInteractive_DnDTextFieldTest.java
3. Run using 'java DnDSLInteractive_DnDTextFieldTest ${CLASSPATH}
4. Select 'STRING' and 'WITH NATIVE' options.
5. Open Staroffice Text document, type some text, select it, drag and drop on the 'Drop on me' textfield.
6. The selected text in the Staroffice will be deleted.
Issue 2:
7. Select 'ENRICH'
8. Drag 'Drag me' and drop it on the Staroffice document.
9. Drag & Drop fails.
10. This works for all other flovors.
