A DESCRIPTION OF THE REQUEST :
Currently, the available look and feels are designed for a specific (if large) group of users--those who operate a mouse with their right hand. How about implementing a look and feel for lefties?

JUSTIFICATION :
It will accommodate left-handed mouse users.

EXPECTED VERSUS ACTUAL BEHAVIOR :
EXPECTED -
Some ideas:
    - Min/Max/Close buttons are on the top LEFT corner of a window
    - Vertical scroll bars on the LEFT side of a window
