A DESCRIPTION OF THE REQUEST :
JAWS does not allow dynamic argument lists for offline-allowed JNLP files. JAWS Ignores the referring JNLP file and caches the referred JNLP file.

      JUSTIFICATION :
Our situation required the application to be initialized online from a dynamic site. The initialization causes the application to fetch additional data from online specific to the user and the operation they are performing. Without the ability to dynamically pass arguments to the application, there is no distinction between one user's request for data and another.

      EXPECTED VERSUS ACTUAL BEHAVIOR :
      EXPECTED -
A simple solution that does not require a JNLP file spec change is probably desirebale. This could be facilitated if JAWS did not ignore and did not cache the referring JNLP, rather used it only online and only used the referred JNLP only offline.
      ACTUAL -
Currently, an offline-allowed JNLP causes JAWS to ignore the referring JNLP file and only uses the HREF referred JNLP file. Once JAWS retrieves the referred JNLP file, it caches that file and ignores any updates to the arguments.

      CUSTOMER SUBMITTED WORKAROUND :
There is no practical work around.
