Problem Description : Jinstall should prompt error message when unable to connect to network and should cancel the installation when cancel button is pressed.

      Tested_Java_Release : /net/koori.sfbay/onestop/jdk/1.4.1_03
      Tested_Build : Jinstall
      Tested_Build_Location : /net/koori.sfbay/onestop/jdk/1.4.1_03
      Tested_Machine_Name : Windows XP / Windows 2000

      Steps to Reproduce :

1.) While installing java using jinstall mechanism disconnect the
network by changing the proxy or disconnect the ethernet cable
      or
try to load an applet from the following website and disconnect the network

       http://java.sun.com/j2se/5.5.5/plugin-test.html

Rewsult : Jinstall dialog box would keep on trying without prompting an error message, moreover if you hit cancel it ignores and hangs.
The only way to stop the process was to kill the process thru task manager.

Now that we have the proper error messages for Java Update failures, we should have the same for jinstall too.
