No notification of selection in ComboBox

      When using the arrow keys to navigate the list in a JComboBox no change of ACCESSIBLE_SELECTION_PROPERTY occurs.

      This problem was noticed when using GNOME Java Access Bridge with SwingSet2 demo.

      I have attempted to reproduce the problem is a standalone test program.
