This bug is filed for 5.5.5 and 5.5.5_01 update testing builds.
When Base (5.5.5) is updated or when base is installed on the dirty scenario.(1.4.1_03) installed, the product version in the Java Web Start doesn't get updated , as a result of this , Java Webstart will pick up the older runtime for running the Java Web Start applications.
Scenario 1
===========
1. Install 1.4.1_03
2. Install 5.5.5(dirty install scenario)
3. Java Web Start -> Preferences -> Java
4. Product version is "1.4" for "5.5.5"
5. Lauch any JNLP application/demo
6. Java Web Start Console Shows using 1.4.1_03 instead of latest greatest 5.5.5
Scenario 2
1. Install 5.5.5(clean install scenario no prior JRE installed)
2. Java Web Start -> Preferences -> Java
3. Product version is "1.4" for "5.5.5"
