      FULL PRODUCT VERSION :
      1.2.2.10

      FULL OS VERSION :
      Solaris 8

A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
The dialog boxes that pop up when you go to install the plugin aren't 508 compliant.

STEPS TO FOLLOW TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM :
Use JAWS or someothing assitance tool for people who are unsighted to use the web, and try to install the plugin. It gives inexplicable behavior, which makes writing an applet that is 100% 508 compliant impossible.

      EXPECTED VERSUS ACTUAL BEHAVIOR :
      EXPECTED -
The expectation was that the plugin would be 508 compliant and a sight impaired person with a tool could use it properly.
      ACTUAL -
Unable to read the Security Warning content using JAWS dialog keystrokes
Unable to read the Certificate content using JAWS dialog keystrokes
If an attempt is made to read the Certificate content using the JAWS dialog keystrokes, the user is unable to use the navigation instructions given at the beginning of the applet
If an attempt is made to read the Java Security Warning content using the JAWS dialog keystrokes, the user is unable to use the navigation instructions given at the beginning of the applet
Using JAWS dialog keystrokes, unable to read the text inside the Label
Using TAB, JAWS only reads the YES and No buttons.

      REPRODUCIBILITY :
This bug can be reproduced always.
