After DnD copy, the DnD move is not working in JEditorPane

Steps to reproduce:
-------------------
   1) Compile and run the attached code.
   2) Select some text from the Source JEP .
   3) Drag the selected text to the Target JEP.
   4) It is moved. (i.e removed from the Source JEP and placed in Target JEP)
   5) Now Select some more text from Source JEP
   6) Press the CTRL key and drag the selected text to the target JEP.
   7) It gets copied to the target JEP.
   8) Now repeat the steps 2 and 3.
   9) The text gets copied and not moved.
