PIT test bugs : Tiger PIT ,Registry Key is not removed when jdk is uninstalled

      Problem :

      RegistryKey is not removed from Windows Registry when JDK is uninstalled.

      Steps to reproduce:
      -------------------

      1) Install the PIT build from the location mentioned above.
      2) Open windows Registry using regedit command
      3) Look for HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE//SOFTWARE//JavaSoft//Java Development Kit
      4) Uninstall the installed JDK.
      5) Look for HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE//SOFTWARE//JavaSoft//Java Development Kit

      Installed JDK RegistryKey is not removed from Windows Registry.
