SWAT: GTK Style Look and Feel binding specification is unsupported

      GTK Style Look and Feel binding sepcification is unsupported in Sol10 and IA9.

      STEP TO REPORDUCE:
      1. Install JDK1.4.2_01 bundle in sol10 or IA9 machines.
      2. Launch SwingSet2 demo.
      3. Go to "Look & Feel", click on "GTK Style Look and Feel".
      4. It shows the following message:

      ../gtk-2.0-key/gtkrc:6: Binding specification is unsupported, ignoring
      ../gtk-2.0-key/gtkrc:14: Binding specification is unsupported, ignoring
      ../gtk-2.0-key/gtkrc:16: Binding assignment is unsupported, ignoring
      ../gtk-2.0-key/gtkrc:17: Binding assignment is unsupported, ignoring
      ../gtk-2.0-key/gtkrc:18: Binding assignment is unsupported, ignoring

      Verified with Sol8, no such problem.
