The specification of java.util.regex.Pattern currently
refers to The Unicode Standard, Version 3.0, in its description of
supported blocks and categories. For the Tiger release, this needs to
be updated to either specify Unicode 4.0 or (better) to refer to the
Character class for the specification of the Unicode version.
