After installation, Launch ControlPanel - Update.
Short time format is not correct for Korean.
It should display like HH:MM AM/PM, but display only HH:M AM/PM ( 11:00 pm ->> 11:0 pm)
If clicked "Advanced", then hour list box also displays all wrong format.
