PIT 02 : java.com link on the JCP About box is not working

      Problem Description : java.com link on the JCP About box is not working.

      Tested_Java_Release : Deployment PIT Build for 1.5.0
      Tested_Build : J2RE.exe / J2SDK.exe
      Tested_Build_Location : /deployment3/tiger/PIT_builds/JD-PIT-02/build04
      Tested_Machine_Name : Windows XP(jd-sqe-lab2) / Windows 2000


      Steps to Reproduce :

      1.) Install the 1.5.0 build on any Windows machine
      2.) Open the Java Control Panel - > Java - About

      Result : Now click on the java.com link and it would not redirect you to the java.com website
