Using jmxmp protocol, if i start a connection and then get the connectionIds
array from the connector server, the array is not updated.
I need to add Thread.sleep(1000) to have my test passed.

The test is:
api/javax/management/remote/misc/connectionId/optional/index.html#JmxmpConnectionIdTest

I don't know if it's possible to fix the problem.
At least, update the javadoc of the JMXConnectorServer.getConnectionIds
method.

By using JMX Remote b45, the problem is still there.
It is not solved by side effect of the 4980405 fix.
