 javadoc of 1.5.0-b14

Bug Description:
  Just a minor issue: The javadoc contains some references to 1.4.2:

  Text in ./doc/api/overview-summary.html: "This document is the API
  specification for the Java 2 Platform, Standard Edition, version 1.4.2."


I have broken the following out into separate bug report 4907443:
  Some links in ./doc/api/java/security/interfaces/package-summary.html
  and ./doc/api/javax/crypto/interfaces/package-summary.html contain
  1.4.2 instead of (future) 1.5.0
