      The country Yugoslavia doesn't exist anymore, so the following files in sun/text/resources can be removed from the J2SE build:
      LocaleElements_sh_YU.java
      LocaleElements_sh.java
      LocaleElements_sr_YU.java
      LocaleElements_sr.java
      DateFormatZoneData_sh.java
      DateFormatZoneData_sr.java
