in current release of Java upto 1.4.2, JaWS application manager doesn't support locale TZ. Local TW is supported.
If locale is set to TZ when Java is started, it will fall back to English locale because TZ is not official supported at the current release. However, TW is supported, so if TW is the locale when you start the app, you will see correct TW locales. Customer is requesting we support TZ, HongKong, locale becaue they are distributing systems to HongKong. It's pecular to ask HongKong users to use Taiwan locale.
