The Java ControlPanel for J2SE 1.4.2 can be run as an application on all platforms, or as an applet on Unix platforms. For J2SE 1.5, much of the ControlPanel has been rewritten. It is no longer available as an applet. We should remove the ControlPanel.html on Unix platforms to reflect this change, or a .jnlp file to run it as an application, from the ControlPanel.html page.
