      A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
      I start download using
      http://java.sun.com/products/plugin/autodl/jinstall-1_4_2-windows-i586.cab

      In the installation process a message is shown
      (translated from german)
      Security Warning
      The manufacturer can't be determined.
      Contents does not match the signature.

      This prevents users from installing java because the thinks it is infected by a virus.

      STEPS TO FOLLOW TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM :
      use
      http://java.sun.com/products/plugin/autodl/jinstall-1_4_2-windows-i586.cab
      and make a complete install



      EXPECTED VERSUS ACTUAL BEHAVIOR :
      EXPECTED -
      no security warning
      or signature should be ok


      ACTUAL -
