To reproduce:
1. Go to http://webwork.sfbay/j2se/1.4.2/download.html and download 1.4.2_01 j2re or j2sdk.
2. Install the bundle.
3. Go to java control panel and click on the "Update" tab
4. At the bottom of the panel a line of text like the following, "update.desc_systrayicon.textdown" is in the paragraph which suppose to states when JavaUpdate will periodically invoke.
