Execute the attched sample test program ( cyclicBarrier01() method) file
with Concurrency preliminary test release 2 and see the result. After
calling reset() method of CyclicBarrier it doesn't throws BrokenBarrierException,
even if parties are waiting at barrier.
   
This is a backlog bug and added to bugtraq just for tracking purpose.
It has been fixed.
