Concurrency: newCachedThreadPool(int, ThreadFactory) throws NullPointerException

      Bug in Executors.newCachedThreadPool(int nThreads, ThreadFactory threadFactory).
      It throws NullPointerException. See the attached program Executors02() method.

      This is a backlog bug and added to bugtraq just for tracking purpose.
