JtoolBar does not show Focus Border on mouse rollOver unlike Native ToolBar.
Suppose one of the button on the ToolBar has focus, and when you take the mouse over this button then on Native toolbar it shows both Focus border and the rollOver border but on JToolBar it only shows the RollOver border.

Note : For Native ToolBar Gedit is used.
