Registry not updated for JDK and JRE 1.4.2_02 on Windows 2003 ES on AMD 64bit machine on a clean install. This results in java not being available from the command line as would be expected normally.

Steps to reproduce
==================

1. Download JRE/JDK 1.4.2_02b2 32 bit for Windows. The version used can be found at:
 /net/koori.sfbay/p/v10/jdk/1.4.2_02/ea/b02/bundles/windows-i586/j2re-1_4_2_02-ea-bin-b02-windows-i586-20_aug_2003.exe

and

/net/koori.sfbay/p/v10/jdk/1.4.2_02/ea/b02/bundles/windows-i586/j2sdk-1_4_2_02-ea-bin-b02-windows-i586-20_aug_2003.exe

2. Launch installation exe's
 

Expected results:
Installation should complete successfully. Registry should be updated. Java should be available from the command prompt
 
Actual results:
Installation Unsuccessfull. Registry not updated. Java not available from command prompt.
