Test case: "java CharView" on command line.
(even other test cases are failed to run.)

Java command couldn't work and throw error messages on Win 98 Ko.
This failed on b15, b16, b17.
Also, Clicking Control Panel caused serious error message.(Virtual Machine Launcher: Fatal exception occurred. Program will exit.)
This happened in both b16 and b17.
