j2re1.5.0.rpm installs icon on RH Adv Server 2.1 but cannot invoke Control Panel

      To reproduce:
      1. Install j2re1.5.0.rpm on Red Hat Adv Server 2.1
      2. When installation complete, an java icon should be at menu->start->setting
      3. Click on it and it will not invoke the Java Control Panel

      Note: 1. when j2re1.4.2_01.rpm is installed an icon at the location mentioned can invoke the Java Control Panel.
      2. The tested Red Hat Adv server has GNOME 1.4
